"Brilliant Hotel" We booked a weekend stay in Brugge and stayed at Martin's Hotel. I would definately recommend this hotel. Although the rooms we stayed in were 'cosy' (small) they were very modern and very clean and the bathrooms were also great and had everything you would need for a short break. The room didn't have an iron, but upon phoning reception one was brought up to us. The bar downstairs has a great atmosphere and has a good value happy hour from 8pm - 9pm each night. You couldn't really ask for a better location, this hotel is about 1 minute's walk from the main square. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would definately recommend staying at Martin's Hotel if you're planning a visit to Brugge.

"Fantastic..." Had to write a review to say how impressed I was with this hotel... The room was beautifully appointed and the bathroom was very spacious with excellent hot water and amenities. The hotel is excellently located right in the centre of brugge however we were not disturbed my any noise from the surrounding area. We booked our package off the martin's hotel website and got what regard to be a good deal which included breakfast, a welcome drink and chocolates. The breakfast was continental but very nice and plenty to be had. All the staff were friendly and helpful and there was a luggage room in reception which was handy. The whole hotel was very modern and I would highly recommend it.

"Loved it and will be going back!" Brilliant Location, great accommodation and friendly staff who are more than willing to give you advice on what to see, places to go. What more can you say? We had such a good time we are going back soon.

"Gorgeous city, Amazing location" We stayed 3 nights at the Grand Hotel Oude Burg, and we really couldn't believe the value we got for our money. Our city break was very cheap through Lastminute, and we couldn't possibly have expected more. The location of this hotel is beyond perfect - it is absolutely dead centre in the city, right next to the Market Square and the Belfry - our window literally looked at the Belfry on the other side of a small cobbled street! From the hotel, you are a stone's throw from any of the central must-sees, and for a relaxing, stress-free break, it is perfect as you can be somewhere beautiful in just a minute's walk. The hotel was clean, modern, and with good facilities, the staff were helpful, and breakfast was pretty decent. It was slightly annoying to have the Belfry bells ringing every so often, but it was certainly not a major downside to our lovely trip. Highly recommended.

"brilliant !" We recently visited Bruges for the weekend with friends and stayed at the Oude Burg Hotel, Bruges. It is in a fantastic location, just off the main Markt Square, and our room on the ground floor (room 001) was really spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also great - plenty of choice and the hotel staff were really helpful and friendly. At the time of our visit the hotel was undergoing an expansion, however this didn't affect our stay in the least - there was no noise or inconvenience. I can honestly say that the hotel was really great value for money, and in such great location - we would recommend it to anyone !
